Position Overview: Business to Business (B2B) & Business to Customer (B2C) Sales Representative

Position Summary:

As a Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Customer (B2C) Sales Representative at FoxiPrint, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team that thrives on both client-focused education and achieving exceptional sales outcomes. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will collaborate with Marketing and Client Service professionals to provide top-notch solutions to our diverse range of clients. 


Our team's expertise spans print, digital marketing, and comprehensive sales strategies, allowing us to establish ourselves as a pillar in the marketing community. Your role will involve direct liaising with clients, understanding their needs, and providing innovative solutions that encompass both our quality products and services.

Successful candidates will possess a rich background in sales and a true understanding of the sales process from end to end. This includes prospecting, introductions, follow-ups, closing, and a commitment to exceptional after-sales customer service.

Job Description:


As a vital member of the FoxiPrint team, your responsibilities will include:


- Identifying new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, comprehensively researching their needs, and presenting innovative solutions.

- Maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met while strategically expanding our product lines within their accounts.

- Actively selling FoxiPrint product lines and services, including graphic design and social media marketing services.

- Engaging in presentations and in-office demonstrations of our products to fulfill the needs of current clients and expand our reach.

- Following the recurring sales cycle diligently, utilizing our CRM software both in the field and at the office.

- Demonstrating a deep understanding of FoxiPrint's policies and procedures to ensure seamless client interactions.

- Meeting and exceeding quarterly sales targets, as well as Plan and Forecast (PnF) objectives.

- Participating in virtual and in-person meetings with sales teams and management, fostering collaboration and sharing insights.

- Embracing both objective and subjective analysis to refine sales strategies and consistently improve performance.
