Terms & Conditions to the Art Contest

Visit FoxiPrnt “Spring Has Sprung Sticker Design Contest” landing page to complete and submit the entry form along with your original artwork. Entries are complete when Entrant’s artwork has been submitted along with artists name, email, phone number, and mailing address. All entries are FREE. All entries must be received by 11:59pm Pacific Standard Time on March 17th, 2023 to be considered.  All entries must be the original work of the Entrant, and Entrant must be the sole owner of the copyright of such entry. FoxiPrint reserves the right, sole discretion, to disqualify any entry it deems to be offensive, inappropriate, discriminatory, derogatory, indecent, obscene, hateful, defamatory, slanderous, libelous, or is not in compliance with the terms and conditions of these Contest rules. Entrant agrees to release the rights to use by FoxiPrint with submission. 

Alll Entries of the Contest have the option to have their works featured on FoxiPrint (social media included) free of charge, reproductions shown online/ social media/print and to make themselves available for Instagram, Facebook, ads, website posts and videos. 

Submissions by methods other than those stipulated in these Official Terms & Conditions will not be accepted.

 FoxiPrint will select 3 winners (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners) with the help of a chosen panel of working Illustrators and Designers.

 All finalists will be notified via email (from designcontest@foxiprint.com) by April 30th, 2023 at 4pm Pacific Time. As a condition by receiving a first place prize awarded by FoxiPrint, the first place winner has the option to have their works featured on FoxiPrint’s site for purchase. As a condition by receiving any prizes awarded by FoxiPrint, all winners agree to have their works featured in public on FoxiPrint’s site Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Ads, Website profiles and photographs with their submitted work. Failure of which FoxiPrint may award such prizes to an applicable runner up.

All prize details are at the sole discretion of FoxiPrint. No substitutions or transfers of prizes are allowed by winners. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee implied by FoxiPrint.

When submitting an entry, Entrant has the option to grant FoxiPrint the right and permission or consent, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide perpetual license to use the entry and his/her/they/ Ze/hir/ name, social media username, city, province and or state of residence for use on FoxiPrint website and social media channels without further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

The personal information of the Entrant collected in connection with the the “Spring Has Sprung Sticker Design Contest” will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy Statement below, including, without limitation for marketing and promotional purposes. The use of entry allows rights only in connection with the execution and promotion of FoxiPrint. 

FoxiPrint is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries. Entrants will not be eligible for prizes if submitted artwork includes a person’s likeness without signed permission. FoxiPrint reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the “Spring Has Sprung Sticker Design Contest” By participating in the Contest, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees 1. To be bound by the terms and conditions of these Official Contest Rules and the decision of FoxiPrint and judges, which are final, and 2. To indemnify, defend and hold FoxiPrint, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising in whole or part, directly or indirectly, out of or in connection with participation in Contest, acceptance and use of any prize.

Check the FoxiPrint website and social media pages for the winners following the deadline. The 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place winners will be notified via email of their winnings on or before 4pm pacific time on March 30th, 2023.

2. Opt-in to the contest email list by registering above with your name and email

3. Submit your work using our submission form above. Include your name, email, address, social media channels and approvals above. Please submit no more than 1 entry. 

4. Size: All images must be sized 3” x 3” or larger

5. File Formats Accepted: .AI / .PNG (High quality digital 300 dpi files only) / .PDF (with outlines)

7. Deadline to submit is March 17, 2023, by 11:59 Pacific Standard Time. May the luck of St. Patty’s Day be with you

8. Artwork must satisfy all following requirements in order to be considered for entry.

9. LET’S HAVE SOME SPRING HAS SPRUNG STICKER FUN!!!

School entries: all students participating in the contest will be submitted by the teacher not individually by the students. The schools have a separate section of the contest.

If Entrant is under the legal age of majority the Entrant will need their parents to fill out the contest form and have their parent/guardian sign for their participation.
