Shipping:

FoxiPrint offers worldwide shipping. All our products are shipped via FedEx or Canada Post. Some rural areas may take slightly longer for delivery. Please note Canada Post does not include tracking numbers. For faster more secure shipping we recommend using our expedited shipping option for sample pack purchases.


If you would like us to use your shipping account please email the shipping label in PDF format, we will arrange for pick up or drop the package off. Please note there will be an additional handling fee for this service.  

Turnaround Times:

FoxiPrint's minimum turnaround time for our popular print products are as follows:


Turnaround times start after the client sends us the signed approval of the proof.


Small Format

  • Luxury & Premium options: 10-14 Business days + Transit**
  • Classic Options: 7-10 Business days + Transit**
  • Lenticular 25 Business days + Transit**
  • Board signs (up to 18" x 24") 2-4 Business days + Transit**

Large Format

  • Board signs (22" x 28" and above) 4-5 Business days + Transit**
  • Tri-fold brochures 2 business days (same day or next day is available for additional fee) + Transit**
  • Event Tents 2-4 Business days + Transit**

Please note if you are purchasing design services this will extend the turnaround time to allow time for designing your products

Payments

Full payment is required prior to any orders or designs being processed through to production. Your order will not be processed under any circumstances prior to full payment being made. We accept payments through Credit card, PayPal, Bank Wire or e-transfer. FoxiPrint will not be held liable for any delays in order completion due to delays in payments.

How big can I make my vinyl letters?

Determining the size of your vinyl lettering is decided by a few factors.

Cut vinyl lettering is very popular these days and can be used for lots of different lettering projects. Before you set off about ordering custom cut vinyl lettering or decals though, you'll need to know what size to have the letters cut too, or at least have an idea of a vinyl lettering size to get pricing. Determining a size for your cut vinyl lettering can be a bit tricky, but fairly simple when you have a little bit of information to work from, such as basic idea of letter size, available space, exact character count and the exact distance that your lettering needs to be viewed from.

  

There are a few factors that determine the appropriate size of your vinyl lettering.

  

Cut vinyl lettering is widely popular in customer facing businesses, they can be used to let customers know your hours of operation, put your store name up on the front of your business, promote new sales for your products or services or even on your car windows, the sky is the limit!

  

Before you allow your imagination to run wild, there are a few important factors to address. The most important is the correct sizing for your lettering, or at least a good idea of the lettering size to get an estimate. 


Determining a size for your cut vinyl lettering can be a bit tricky, but we are going to give you the FoxiDifference so you’re not left with lettering that can be seen from outer space or lettering that’s so small you need to get really close to read it. 


Many customers make a mistake of going for lettering that is too large when in actuality they may not need that large of lettering, or better yet, not have the room to fit large vinyl lettering for the space that’s available. Though you may think you’ll need larger lettering, as you’ll see from the above chart, smaller lettering may serve your vinyl lettering needs just perfect!


Depending on your character count and available space you may need to choose a variety of different vinyl letter sizes to properly achieve the vinyl letter look you want.


For example, you are lettering a business window and need three lines of text:

  • Company Name 
  • Phone Number 
  • Store Hours 


You’ll probably want the company name to stand out more and choose a larger letter size and the store hours a little smaller.


You may want to have large lettering in a small space, to achieve this you will likely have to break up lines of text or squish the lettering horizontally to fit in the space. 

Let’s get you on the right track.

We’ll look at getting the right sizing, available space, exact character count, and the exact distance that your lettering needs to be viewed from. 


Size DOES Matter!


  

  1. Measure the entire available space for where you want to place your lettering
  2. Count out the total number of characters needed
  3. Walk outside and figure out what distance you want to view the lettering from (don’t guess this part, you may think it’s only 100 feet from the door, but in reality it’s 250 feet, remember, measure twice, cut once!)
  4. Pick a size based on the above graphic. Choose a letter size with a little math, don’t worry it’s easy. Most vinyl letters are as wide as they are tall. To figure out the width of your letters, multiply the height by 0.85 and you’ll have the width. Now armed with this information you can take the width and compare it to your available space to make sure it fits, don’t forget spacing between the letters and words.

What are the minimum pieces required for mailing?

  • Presorted Standard - minimum 200 pieces
  • Presorted First Class - minimum 500 pieces
  • Non-Presort First Class - minimum 200 pieces
  • Non-Profit (Standard) - minimum 200 pieces

What type of paper can we ink jet for mailing?

We can ink jet on paper that does not have UV coating on postage side and address block.

  • 100lb book
  • 100lb cover
  • 4/1 14 or 16pt
  • 4/4 Spot UV or UV Front
  • Matte 14pt or 16pt
  • 70lb bright white

What is the address/indicia layout for mailing?

You must have: 4w x 2.5h inches of blank space at the bottom right hand corner for addressing and barcode. 1w x 1h inches of blank space at the top right hand corner for the indicia/permit. 

What is included in mailing services?

  • Data process of one mailing list ($25 for each additional list)
  • C.A.S.S. Certification (Coding Accuracy Support System)
  • N.C.O.A (National Change of Address)
  • De-dupe list
  • Pre-sorting
  • Ink-jet setup and addressing
  • Post Office delivery

How much is mailing service charge?

The mailing service charge is based on the quantity of your mailing order.

What is a PAMF?

Proof Authorization Mailing Form. Proof that is e-mailed to you after postage payment has been received and printing completed. Proof shows indicia and one random name from customer's mailing list ink jet on mailer to show placement. Indicia indicates the class of mailing.

What is the turnaround for mailing?

Mailing turnaround begins once PAMF is received. PAMF form submitted before the 1 P.M. (P.S.T) deadline will be considered the first day of turnaround. Here are the turnaround times for data processing:

  • 200 - 25,000  -   1 - 3 business days
  • 30,000 - 60,000  -   3 - 5 business days
  • 70,000 - 100,000   -   5 - 7 business days

How do we get postage estimate?

Postage rates are on the mailing services site. Actual postage costs will be determined once we process your provided mailing list.

Is postage included in the mailing service cost?

No, postage is a separate charge.

How do we pay for mailing services?

Mailing services charges will be calculated at the time of your print Order when you choose the option "Yes, Direct Mail by FoxiPrint"

This charge will be included in your sub-total at the end of your order process and these charges will be applied to the credit card you use to place the order.

How do we pay for postage?

Postage can be paid by Check, or through Paypal link we will send. A copy of the check should be e-mailed to accounting department. email: accounting@foxiprint.com  cc: Hannah@foxiprint.com

What happens to the remainders that are not mailed out?

Effective June 24, 2010, you will have the option to ship the remainders to your default address, drop ship the remainders to an address of your choosing, or have 4over, Inc. recycle them for you.

Can we use our own permit instead of FoxiPrint's?

No, mailing service is only offered to customers that want to use FoxiPrint's permit.

Does FoxiPrint mail for Non-Profit organizations?

Yes, if you have a Non-Profit account with USPS, or Canada Postal Services.

Can an extra line be added to the addressing lines?

Our standard pricing includes a maximum 5 lines. Additional lines may require an extra setup and setup charge. Please call for details.

Can we ink jet on FoxiPrint's products using a different mailing house?

We do not guarantee or recommend this. Our ink jet machine uses a solvent-based ink and has a heating system to dry the ink. If you would still like to use a different mailing house, we suggest taking a sample of the product you will order to the mailing house for their approval.

Is mailing service offered on jobs done by other printers?

No, mailing service can only be done with jobs printed by FoxiPrint Inc. We cannot address or tab jobs done by other printers as well.

What types of files are acceptable for mailing list?

We accept the following formats: .xls (Excel [recommended]), .csv (Comma delimited), .txt (ASCII text file)
